Other Players

Any player that can play an HLS .m3u8 URL will work with AntCDN.

The only thing you need

• Public: https://worker.antcdn.net/v1/{edgeKey}/master.m3u8

• Private: https://worker.antcdn.net/v1/{edgeKey}/master.m3u8?jwt={jwt}

• Encrypted (encryptSegments): same URL, but every request must carry signed session headers. The player has to support custom headers on segment and key requests — HLS.js, Shaka, and Video.js do; native HLS on Safari/iOS does not. See Encrypted Video.

Common options

• Native HLS (Safari/iOS): just set video.src to the URL
• Shaka Player: robust, best if you need DRM/ad integrations
• Video.js: strong plugin ecosystem
• hls.js: smallest, bring your own UI
